How to Book a Session

Each session is a minimum of 1.5 hours. We begin with an in-depth conversation allowing anything that needs to be heard, released, or transformed, in the physical, mental/emotional and/or spiritual bodies present itself. Sacred space is created prior to beginning each session. Deb will follow the energy of the body during your time together, utilizing one or a combination of the following modalities. You may request certain Healing Interventions, and she will incorporate others as she is guided. A personalized session emerges to address your needs. Deb will often give you suggestions or practices to do on your own to continue the healing.

I first became acquainted with Deb over five years ago when I was looking for a certified massage therapist. Since then I’ve benefited greatly from a variety of her services including cupping; Mayan abdominal therapy; Qi gong, mudra, and yoga suggestions for ameliorating health issues; and numerous shamanic sessions such as cord-cutting and soul retrieval. I consider it a wonderful bonus that Deb is also a Registered Nurse. Her “toolbox” is extensive!
Mutual conversation before and after each session adds another layer of depth and insight to my interactions with her. I’m also grateful that she’s open to my asking the occasional question between appointments.
In addition to enhanced physical and emotional well-being, I feel like I’m shedding layers that have muffled the real “me” all these years. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Deb as I travel forward on my healing journey.

I have participated in numerous ceremonies and rituals with Deb. One of my favorites, and one of the most powerful, was the vaginal steam. She created a safe space and held the energy in such a way that I could dive into the healing I needed to do. She has a deep understanding of the medicines she uses and offers prayers that heal the heart and reach into the cosmos. Deb is one of the best practitioners I know.
